Summer holiday/vacation

So were is everybody spending their summer holiday/vacation?
I'm going to a very "cool" place: the arctic!
No flushing for me this summer.
Last year I went to the SW of the US (Arizona/Nevada/Utah) which was vewwy vewwy hot and humid, so no good for my flushing.

This summer I'm going to Norway/Spitsbergen with 2 friends.
First we will spend 1 week in Tromso (hiking), which is a pretty northern town in Norway.
After that week we will fly all the way up north to Spitsbergen for an 11-day arctic expedition cruise, where we will hopefully be able to spot some polar bears.
The last 3 days will be spent in Oslo before returning to Amsterdam.

Sooo looking forward to it!

In June, we are taking our Grandkids ( 11, 9, and 8 years old) White Water Rafting and on a Ghostwalk in Jonesboro, Tennessee. The Ghostwalk lasts 5 hours and starts at twilight led by a paranormal with a lantern. Does this mean all the kids will be in my bed that night?
And in October, my husband and I are going to Viet Nam, Cambodia and Thailand on our own vacation. We are practicing eating with chopsticks and learning a few words for each country. That will probably be the furthest away from Texas we will ever be.
