    Default Well, here's me.

Permanent redness, some p and ps, flushing/blushing (what's the difference between the two?!) when im upset, hot, cold, etc. Also have seb derm.

Lots of white bumpie thingies: (anyone have these?) You can also kinda see the small red pointy ones on my nose.

You can see the red ones here pretty good: (wow my peach fuzz is so visible here! haha)

    Plan of attack:
IPL (had 1 so far, plan on going every 3 weeks)
Vbeam (2 so far, maybe more in the future after IPL for p&ps and texture)
Metrocream (i feel though it makes me greasier than normal and doesnt help that much... is around 6 weeks too soon to tell? i was doing better in week 3 (if im correct), but then all of a sudden last week... BAM!)
Liver detox (with naturopath using electrodes... yes... we'll see! haha)
Diet (for about 6 moths now) - no dairy, no chocolate, very small amounts of sugar
??? not sure what else to do!!!!!

    Default Hi there!

I don't think you look so bad. Quite nice skin actually. Something that have helpt me is high dosage of B5, but it seams diffirent from every one. Dont work for all, but for me its a life saver. The only B5 thats work for me is that one earh great have, it think its becuase its time relesed an I would have alot of B5 in my body system all the time.

    Good luck!

Your skin looks good overall. You are very beautiful. Don't let any skin issues you have get you down.

You look great. I don't mean to downplay what you are going through though and I do understand how a pic can't accurately capture what we are really dealing with but I just want to say from an objective viewpoint you look good!

Your plan of action seems fine but don't have the procedures too close together. Giive your face time between to see how it reacts to each procedure. Let us know how the IPL's work on p&p's as I am considering that as an option too if the Oracea doesn't clear them up. Problem with this darn disease is what helps one can worsen someone else. Challenging for sure.

Concerning metrocream what do you mean it is making you worse? Is it increasing redness, p&p's? If not, I would give it another few weeks as long as it is not worsening your symptoms. Sometimes things take a long time to work and it is hard to be patient (not my strong point LOL) but giving it time to see might be key.

    Best wishes,
    Melissa

    BTW I love your glasses.

Agreed. Keeping in mind that photos might not accurately portray what you have, you look fine. I don't see any redness whatsoever.

Your skin looks amazing! Perhaps the 2 Vbeams + 1 IPL you have already done has reduced your redness....I can't see any at all in your photos....wonderful results, truly.

Thanks everyone. Pictures are hard to do justice. I am always red (not like bright red, but a pinkish red) on my cheeks and chin. I can also turn REALLY red in these areas when flushing/blushing. And in the cold my nose is also super red.

As for the metrocream, in the beginning of use i didnt get these big bumps in the centre of my face. I'm not sure what they are (rosacea related?) I also have a ton of tiny spikey ones on my forehead, and a bunch on my chin. I don't know if metrocream is causing these, or just not helping with them.

Well my nose is just getting out of control. Today i woke up with another pointy thingy on my nose, only with a big red splotch around it! This happens almost daily now
