    Default Dietary fibre and inflammation

Just accidentally come accross something interesting. It looks like high amounts of dietary fiber can reduce inflammation - lower levels of CRP. This improves cardiovascular health.Seems to link in with the improving GI health thread. Just Google "inflammation fibre".
