    Default heres me. ipl questions


    I scheduled an IPL appointment and I wanted to know how well it will reduce the permanent redness.

    Im permanent red like that all the time. Its kinda dim right there but I flair up and have a lot of triggers to watch out for. I cut back on dairy and trying to cut back on sugar also.

    More then likely not much, be careful as it can make your skin much more sensitive and flush easier!

    I had 4 IPL treatments last year and my perm redness and flushing are massively reduced.
    dx early 2006.
    current stategy;
    finacea, lightstim (red light therapy), 10 x IPL and 7 x low level PDL (n-light)

    I had a set of 5 IPL 2 years ago and it saved my life as to say no perm. redness just the occasional flush. I may go for a top up in the spring as I feel now I my need one, not red but some days can feel it creeping in which I won't allow.Some people have I know had problems with the IPL but for me it was great.     no I'm not I have heard it' s harder to get good results with IPL the darker the skin, but I'm no expert whilst I haer dark hair I have a pale complection so I was told.

    Yes just one I made up as my mane is Jane Atkinson but I love it, maybe a trip to deedpoll.
