Red LED array...what do you think?

Hey guys,
I'm sure this is a foolish question but being that I know nothing about the workings behind the LED arrays I thought I might get advice from people who do.

Do you think this would be safe to buy and then use some of the parts?

Where is the power supply? And how would you hook it up with those connections from the array panels?

Any idea on the wavelength of the light?

And you'd need a housing for the panels to use them--something like stands for each panel or an over-all structure to hook all of them to so it's a fixed array of a few panels.

That sort of thing isn't very difficult, but the power supply hook-ups look odd. You'd need a pin plug-in to power that, I think. Not sure what it's called.

Interesting, though.

The price caught my eye and I thought it might be good for parts.
The seller doesn't really know much though and is selling as is.
