I know diet plays a part in my rosacea, and my skin's response can take until the next day to show up. Pizza and red wine are fatal.
However, I have noticed an excess of carbs worsens the swelling as does salt.
I'm just looking for advice really, I'm a nurse so know about healthy diets but I'm looking for a rosacea diet...
I eat quite a lot of fruit each day (prob about six portions) so I'm wondering, as my skin is so bad at the moment, whether to try having meat and vegetables/salad and nut and seeds only. i get very dry skin too and wondering how much fat I should include, or if anyone has found adding fats avocado/olive oil etc into their diets if it has helped and how much do i need for my skin - ?
