I am thinking about adding a zinc supplement to my regimen. I've done a good amount of research on what is the best and most absorbable form of zinc to take. A lot of articles I've read claim that zinc picolinate is one the most absorbable forms of zinc available. From what I've read, zinc picolinate is made by combining zinc with picolinic acid. My question is is picolinic acid okay for rosacea skin? Any bad reports or stories regrading this form of zinc?

I'm sure this form zinc is pretty good just wanted to get all the info I could!
