Doin some research on this topic and if anyone has celiac interested in your story and if you also have rosacea, has it helped rellieve it with a gluten free diet.
I do not have celiac, but interested in this topic.

I have celiac, but I'm self-diagnosed (although it's pretty conclusive...eating wheat makes me horribly ill.)
I wouldn't say that a gluten-free diet has made my rosacea better. I've only started having rosacea seriously in March 2006 - previous to that I didn't do well with toner's in high school, and I very rarely had a reaction to makeup wipes around my eyes.
I didn't realize I was celiac until May 2006, after which I've pretty much cut wheat out of my diet. Since then, my rosacea has gotten worse and more active - but whether that is a construct of my diet or of reaching the age when it all starts to flare up. I'm 30 right now.
A flare up of my rosacea seems to bring on a Seb. Derm. reaction as well - I've pretty much known I had this on my scalp, but never on my face before. So...I'm being hit with a billion things at once.
