At time I will have redness on my upper chest.

My fingers and toes will turn white and sting mostly in the winter. I usually just rub them to get the circulation back into them.

And I also get this red and flesh colored spotty blotchiness on my hands and legs at times.

Reading a lot of the posts, I am wondering how many people have some kind of circulation problem...and there was another thread about digestive problems that I thought was interesting.

    Default similar symptoms

I started to have burning and flushing of my ears, face, neck, elbows, knees, and back of hands. I get super hot, bright red, and burn. I feel like I have a severe sunburn. This redness and burning last about 1 hour. Doctors have no idea what I have. I had alot of tests for adrenal, etc done too. Has anyone found a diagnosis for this condition? Where can I get a red light. I might try that. Thanks.

The only time I ever had flushing like that was several years ago when I bought a bottle of vitamins without noticing that they had a really high niacin content. Whenever I took them I flushed on my face, wrists, elbows, knees and on the inside of my fore arms. I can't remember much about it now but it lasted longer than 20 minutes but probably less than an hour. Turned out I was one of those people who are sensitive to niacin. Don't know if that will help you but it's all the help I have to offer so I thought I would throw it in.

Out of interest Artist posted up an article on the RSC where it mentioned that the beta blockers propanolol can cause peripheral dilation

So for those people on it (such as me) they may find that there hands and feet get a little red. I checked it out with Dr Chu and he said it isnt a problem.
