i've used Psoriasin ointment when my face gets really sensitive, irritated, itchy, oily,flaky and dry. redness, itch and flaking improve. my skin feels so comfortable. i use a tiny amount of the ointment only at night because it is somewhat greasy, it does sink in but i find it too greasy for daytime. in the morning my face is less red and so comfortable. they also have a gel, lotion and body wash. a 4oz. jar is $10, it'll last a long time.
p.s. i don't use the ointment on my nose, a use a tiny drop of the gel on my nose :)
