Still not sure how to post a photo

Do I need to upload to a primary site and then transfer it here or can I upload from my desktop to this site? Thanks for any info.

I believe you can upload your photos from your computer to that website. Then in your message here you can link to them so that we can view them.

There is a sticky post in this area that explains how to link to the photos once you've uploaded them to that site.
