Will indoor tanning have any good effects on Seb Derm? I know sunlight is suppose to be good for it, but what about if this was done in the winter months when its hard to get sun?

indoor tanning controlled my eczema and seb derm nicely for years. and it made my rosacea worse....so perhaps you should consider a different way to control your seb derm...

I think it has to do with Ultraviolet Light radiation. As they do similiar therapy for Psoriasis. Problem is with tanning salons both UVA and UVB light is used and it has a bad effect on the skin (ie skin cancer).

What about going out in the sun early morning or late afternoon when the rays are less intense?

My skin always looks a lot better when i have some sun on it. I obvioulsy avoid the hottest part of the day and still put on my suncream. But a few hours at the end of the day really seems to benefit my skin.
