ok -- more dumb questions from a newbie, but when anybody drinks alcohol do you typically flush early on? My blush occurs early then tends to go away after I have numerous drinks.

I think it really depends on what you're drinking, how your body is doing that night (all sorts of factors, I'd guess, histamine levels, nervous system functioning, how warm you are, etc.), and what meds you may have taken (an antihistamine beforehand, say).
