View Full Version : rosacea or KPRF?

Up until very recently I was convinced I had rosacea-the vascular component of it on my cheeks. I flush, have all the ususal triggers, but no papules. I have been reading up on it and since I have keratosis pilaris on my arms and legs, i thought perhaps my facial redness has been misdiagnosed as rosacea and is in fact KPRF. Pehaps this also explains why 9 photoderms later the improvement is marginal.
Are there any set fast differentiations between the two, because from what i seem to gather they require quite different skincare approaches.

Cheers
Terry
