How is your face Between your bad periods?

I'm woundering how your face is in a good period?

My bad days my face is a mess! Red, Itchingm burning and full of p&p.
It's usually like this for a few days, then it becomes very very dry and flakes all over my face.. :evil:

And between these bad periods I hav pretty good periods, but since my first Rosacea breakout my skin NERVER feels normal :cry:
It's always a bit dry, itchy or so.. :cry:

On good days I barely flush and when I do, chewing on ice calms everything. Since I started taking low dose roaccutane, I've had a lot of good days. On my bad days, I start to flush around 12pm and just about everything sets me off. The flushing stays an hour or so. I have no more p&p (except for a clogged blackhead that isn't going away. GRRR) as a result of accutane (and maybe the doxy I took for around a month). I find that my rosacea p&p were much different from acne p&p in that the rosacea bumps stayed no matter what and the small acne bumps poofed in a day or so (..again, except for the icky blackhead). Noritate seemed to help with the rosacea bumps BUT it caused me to break out with small acne bumps. This is the reason why I only use it on my nose now.

Flushing sucks! and it's really my only complaint right now because I'm always scared I won't be able to control what sets me off (room temp, restaurant food, etc).

My significant other is a tall redhead with freckles and on his bad days, he burns. other than that, he's always a little pink but smoother than a baby's bottom, so he doesn't mind. He doesn't have any messy oil. I'd trade my flushing for his pinkness any day! :D
