Today, December 9, 2005, I am once again beginning to eat according to the maker's diet. In this topic I will report non-biased information about any benefits I receive from the diet. Phase one is 2 weeks long, followed by phase 2 and 3. The first phase is quite restrictive, but not as restrictive as say, the ACVWM diet and routine. You also take a supplement pill 6 times a day. 2 in the morning, afternoon and evening. If you search, I have already posted what doing the maker's diet for 2 weeks did for me. I dropped alot of my triggers and my constant facial redness on one side of my face was almost completely gone. Remember, my main problem is seborrheic dermatitis, however, I also do have steroid-induced rosacea. I will update probably about every 3 days. ~ Jordan

Day 4: Update #1
Not much to say; I actually think my face is a little more red than usual, and a little more sensitive to triggers/insults than usual also. I'm not really sure why. Man it SUCKS doing a diet because I see everyone else eating things like Wendy's and Potato Chips and Pizza @ work and everything and I want some! Especially right now, a quarter through Phase One. The nice thing about this diet however is that about the time you get used to phase one then you move onto phase two and get some more food that you can eat on your diet so that is definitely a plus. Well I will update you in a few days when I am mid-way through phase one.

Hi Jordan,
So you don't apply anything on your face now? How is it going?
Hope everything is well with you.

Well it was going fine before I totally broke the diet. It basically seemed impossible to me when there was all this holiday food everywhere. But I've made a commitment to just stop drinking soda altogether and I haven't done that in a while. Pretty soon here I am gonna stop eating anything containing yeast. But yeah.. i totally failed on the maker's diet.
