Certain Canada dermatologists have joined a Rosacea Awareness organization. One of their goals is to teach Rosaceans how to put on make-up and what products to use (RX/OTC both).

I went to the hospital where there was a rosacea awareness clinic. I got three minutes with a doc who didn't want to keep me from getting caught in rush hour and shooed me out the door.
The makeup recommended was called Cover FX. Same idea as dermablend. Very thick and cakey and when you flush with it on it all kinda cracks apart. Mineral Makeup far outweighs their make up by far. Cover FX is expensive, but is it found at many shoppers drugmarts.

That's exactly what I'm talking about. I saw Dr. Neil Shear. He said there is nothing you can do for flushing, NOTHING. As far as the "technitions" to help you with your make up. It is one lady at the entrance of the hospital with a "mall like" booth set up. It has the FX make up it describes in the brochure. Like I said before the make up is thick cakey and when you flush it all cracks apart. In my experience it did not look good.

At one time the RAP website said that it was an affiliate of the NRS. Now it simply says it is funded by Galderma.
