Hi, I'm new but have been reading this forum (and others) for a while. Have had rosacea for 2 years, since i started uni, and think I may be developing a social phobia because of it. I would say my rosacea was in the mild to moderate stage- I frequently blush and flush and have some permenent redness which seems to be getting worse, especially now it's winter. I hope this forum will help me understand more about this condition and act as some kind of emotional outlet for me, as I find it hard to talk to friends and family (who'd rather just ignore it and pretend there isn't a problem).
Btw, I'm 20 years old, living in england (midlands) :)

It is good to be able to talk to people that have the same problems. You have to stray strong and try to push yourself to do new things. Don't let rosacea get on top of you, smile and be confident.

Hi Angela!
:D
I'm here for the same reasons you are. I've found lots of information reading through the posts and it does help to talk about it, though one day I want to be one of the ones that posts how great she's doing.
