Nature has a variety of benefits to offer to mankind in various forms,Natural sunlight is one of them, moderate exposure to sunlight improves our immunity , stimulates our metabolism and decreasing food craving, and also increases our intelligence .on an average we all need a minimum of a 1 hour sunshine If we were glasses or sitting in front of a window, some of the 1500 wavelengths present in sunshine will not reach our retina and nourish our brain. , if received in moderate amounts; sunlight provide many health benefits .Adequate amounts of vitamin D can be obtained from exposure to sunlight. So try to grab it.

So, just let me make a guess here, you don't have rosacea, do you?

15-20mins of sunlight in the morning each day is actually very good not only for the skin but also for the entire body. You need sunlight exposure. I don't think jnelson means laying down a towel and sunbathing the entire day. You need only small amounts of sunlight exposure (either morning or early evening) to stimulate production of the very useful vitamin, vitamin D.

Sounds fine in theory, but in practice if i'm in the sun for any length of time (even a few seconds) i start to flush. Which can't be good.
