Interesting Article on VEGF Levels and Skin Disease

This is from Dermatology Times's latest issue. It talks about how psoriasis sufferers have unusually high amounts of VEGF and that blood vessels play a large role in this disease. It lists about some exciting research as well which will be extremely helpful to rosacea sufferers, as Dr. Nase has pointed out often.

I wonder why high VEGF levels produc psioriasis in some people and rosacea in others? I wonder what other diseases it is linked to?
