Change Name of "Regions" Section

Karla just asked if there was a doctor recommendations section on this Forum. When I first signed up with the Forum, I had to ask the moderators where it is. I feel that "Regions" doesn't tell people what the purpose of that section is and so most people ignore it. If we are ever to find a good laser doctor, we need to have posts by people who are getting good results. I suggest a change to something like "Doctor Experiences by Region".
