I have had very tiny, almost flat warts on my face for years. Some have come and gone, I used to have a circle patch a little below my lip and they would bleed and come off sometimes when I shaved. I have no idea how to treat this especially since I have rosacea. Is there something I can put just on the warts to get rid of it? Or is there a laser that can do this w/o scarring? Thanks, I appreciate it. Chris

Liquid nitrogen is often used by doctors to "freeze-burn" the warts off. I would definitely have someone in the medical profession who knows what he/she is doing. It can be very painful if the liquid nitrogen gets on the healthy skin around the wart. The spray guns that some use to apply the liquid are not "bulls-eye" accurate, in my view, especially if the wart is small and in a skin-sensitive area. I'v seen the liquid put into a styrofoam cup, and then applied with a q-tip with more success in that scenario. There may be other good techniques, as well. I would inquire with a dermatologist.
