Hi Group,
Soon you will have one more forum to choose from. The "Rosacea Research and Treatment Forum" will be a forum for members only that will actively discuss the latest information on all aspects of rosacea.
This forum will be clearly different from any other forum or support group to date. Two associate professors and one biomedical geneticist (Cellular Physiology, Pharmacology, Pathology, Pathophysiology and geneticist specialists) who will be performing rosacea research with my aid will be active members of the group and will try to give daily, biweekly or monthly updates so you get the information about a year before the publication hits the stands; literally, some days, you will get the results of a part of the study at the end of the day, an hour or two after the results come in -- this is one of the main reasons why it has to be a members only forum.
The forum will also include laser insurance reimbursement forms that can be tailored to fit each individual patient for the best results (these will be officially stamped, imprint sealed, signed and sent to your physician through my new Rosacea Consultant Specialist Subsidiary), forms to help you get rosacea medications that you have been denied for various reasons, and an internal database to keep all the information in a e-book like format for every member to read. This will grow into and join with the Rosacea Research and Treatment Institute.
More specifics will be given once a few things on my plate are cleared. To date, this is the most aggressive undertaking to finally make a real difference in rosacea sufferers lives. It is great to have forums and support groups to support one another and discuss products out on the market, but rosacea sufferers are one of the best educated groups I have ever been a part of and they clearly indicate that they want a more specialized forum and one that is highly interactive.
If you would like to be placed on the notification list please email me at drnase1000@hotmail.com with the Subject Heading "Rosacea Forum". All information is kept stricly confidential. More information will be added to the Recent Headlines of my website as we work through all the details to make this as smooth and productive as possible.
Regards,
Geoffrey
