Some people have has success with the disks, but it is not a revolutionary treatment. If you do a search http://rosaceagroup.org/search.cgi?q=ltd&cmd=Search%21 you will get some success and others that have found no benefit from using the disks. According to their patent (5,654,013) they are produced with 98% to about 100% by weight sodium chloride.

If your skin is sensitive I would stay away from it. I tried it, back when I thought all I had was rosacea. Now I know I have SD also. But it does help with papules and pustules.
