If you are specifically looking for V-Beam, then Dr. Daniel Berg is good. He is affiliated with the University of Washington.

Yes, VBEAm works for me
IPL started my rosacea or brought it to the surface so i am not going near that , again.
I think I can take my settings when i move ...i have a great doctor... i get about four every two months and then i am in a sort of "remission" for about a year...
its not a cure but its giving me some sort of a life back.. actually moving across the country is something i thought i would never do.
i just was wishing i could bring my laser doc. with
