Dr. Nase -- rosacea, low dose, lower dose .5 for rosacea

Perhaps I am not looking far enough. But, I could have sworn I saw a post on maintenance therapy low dose accutane 1 or 2 20mg's per week, after clearing has happened. It was in a study, I believe and I CAN"T FIND IT!!!

Also there was a post by Dr. Nase on new .5mg or .25mg accutane being developed? Where is that?

Someone help, I'm lost. I wanted to bring this info into my dermatologist appt!

For ocular rosacea they do two 10 mg tabs per week

For maintaining clearance they do use 20 mgs twice a week -- Gerd and Plewig reference.
