Large pores

The pores on my nose are getting larger and Iam getting worred I have been on accutane for 4 weeks is it from the accutane and if not what can I do to stop this.

Dr. Nase stated that accutane works by pushing everything out from the bottom up. This might be the effect it is causing - so it is temporary. Just an educated guess.
