ANYONE ELSE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH CLEANSERS...like Cetaphil

I am at wit's end trying to find a cleanser; have just started accutane and have what feels like a sandpaper, rough dermatitis now as WELL as the initial breakout.

Tried Cetaphil and made my skin burn and itch. I feel so oily when I don't wash with something -- any ideas anyone?

Using Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser now - no change, and can't get the refreshed feeling from it.....

I used cetaphil also and didn't care for it. I'm using Phisoderm right now, but have to follow up with a moisturizer for sensitive skin afterwards.
