rebuilding the dermis

Does anyone know what is a good laser to rebuild the dermis other than the N-Lite. No one I know of in toronto has the N-Lite. I was wandering if the smoothBeam has the same effect as the NLite on the skin. Thanks

Smoothbeam or Cooltouch. Nlite is rather an old machine. That's why not many docs have one...I am not sure whether the first two machines are safe for rosacea skin. Please check. :)
