Is it possible that someone with Rosacea could be reactive to all sunscreens? Is there something equal to mineral makeup out there, only in liquid form? So, that someone who can use mineral makeup can use a liquid sunscreen for the moisture content?

have you been testing zinc-based sunscreens? try to avoid those that also have other active (chemical) ingredients. most of us are able to use them. only problem with them is that they are clogging pores. so you should wash them off when you're out of sun...

i've also tried some of those liquid sunscreens but reacted bad to all of them...

If you have intolerant skin, the problem with using liquid
coverup and sunscreen is that you now introduce more
ingredients to create the base--more chance of irritation.

My suggestion would be, if you arleady have a moisturizer
try blending in some mineral makeup and use that as your
base.

I'm using Avene sunscreen SPF12 for sensitive skin with Zinc Oxide. It's workin great.

You may find that you're intolerant to anything--sunscreens, moisturizers, facewashes--for many months and just have to lay off putting anything on your skin. That's what I've had to do for the past 15 months or so. I'm waiting until my skin heals from laser treatments and just over time. Sometimes the best thing to do is just "take a break" from applying anything so your skin can recover. It's not a great option, but cumulative irritation brought on by topicals can cause your face to be firestorm, all day, everyday, and really ruin your life.
I used to use Zinco tinted sunscreen. That was pretty good stuff, I thought, but I won't even put that on now. If you're getting little stinging sensations or warming after you apply something--such that it feels like an irritation--you would probably be better off not using it. Dr. Nase has said, repeatedly, "Do not fight through irritation."

Good luck,
David
