On accutane: a heat wave, a flush, then BAM!

Just had an odd experience. It is very hot where I live, and we had an episode of heat, no breeze this pm. I felt myself go real hot, almost like a hot flash, and my face felt it was on fire, hot.

Looking in the mirror, I was red, and 3 new cysts or splotches had blossomed. They were simmering under my skin for awhile, though.

Just started accutane 10mg 6 days ago. Is this the initial breakout? Please someone help this is getting frightening!

Chill, stay cool. Always have a cold bottle of water with you. Yes, it could possibly be the initial outbreak with accutane but focus on staying out of the sun and staying cool.
