sebderm and skin care products

My derm told me to use skin products that include no oil. I want to use Rosaceacare Sunscreen but it contains various oils. Do you think it is safe or it will increase sebum/oil production of my skin?

i have seb derm and rosacea.

for sunscreen use zinco cream.

jojoba oil is actually fine to use.. I use linda sy's vita oil/zincO sunscreen.

I am about to give rosacea-ltd III a whirl for my rosacea/seb derm skin..

I use CITRIX SPF 30 for sunscreen - doesn't break me out. Z-sillk also looks good and it's cheaper.
