Isn't there any biocompatible substance that we can inject into our facial skin to coagulate or otherwise destroy the blood vessels within?
It occurred to me last night that this is a matter of destroying something that is there, not creating something that isn't. So why is this so difficult?
What about some sort of technique similar to liposuction? Run some sort of rod that is vibrating at a supersonic frequency between the layers of the skin and physically remove the blood vessels?
Just trying to think outside of the box.
