Marc,

I would like to see you double your Ester C dose and your pycnogenol/grapeseed extract dose if possible. =

In honky donky doses an anti oxidant acutally can work as a pro oxidant, but that's no problem in these doses. Personally I use three gram every day.

About the fish oil. You should aim at 4-6 gram of EPA/DHA. That will be about 6-9 caps. Remember, you will save a lot of money if you don't buy it in caps form. Another thing, if the fish oil contain A-vitamin, you should be a little careful. Especially if you are on isotretinoin/Accutane.

How about taking Source Naturals Eternal Skin and Proanidin? It seems taking both would include alot of the supplements we need.

Holy Cow!

Upon reading this thread, I dumped my thrice daily taking of Flax Seed oil and now take Esther C 3x, Omega 3 three times/day along with pycnogenol...noticing a difference in my face - the redness is subsiding, (recently had IPL 3 times over past 4 months)

Also dumped my morning cheerios (learned it contains Niacin) and "Ultimate Man" vitamins (also contains Niacin) from your posts to this board.

Thanks again Dr. Nase (and Marc) Anyone else seen a positive change in their rosacea like this?

WOW, THIS BOARD ROCKS!
