Hello,
If you PM to a member, and the prompt says Your message was sent, yet you find it in your Out Box, rather than your Sent Box -- does that mean it actually DID go, or that it didn't and there is a problem?
Thank you.

4.3.3: The Outbox
When you send a PM, the message goes to your Outbox. It remains in the Outbox until the recipient visits his/her Inbox, at which point it is moved from your Outbox to their Inbox. While the message remains in your Outbox you may edit or delete your post if you like. The message remains in your control until it is received.

Thank, redhot, that's fantastic. I actually *looked* for a paragraph about it, but couldn't find it. Three cheers for our fellow helpful listees!
Cheer, cheer, cheer!

We do not look at private messages for any reason. But you should not consider Private Messages in any way to be secure and if you want to make sure that your messages are safe then you should do some of the following such as deleting them once read or by using other methods of communicating like email or letters/telephone.
