Hi, when I lived in France I used a organic olive oil based soap by Fragonard , Gilliard has one as well.
I too get dry patches and am sensitive to many cleansers for sensitive skin but I was pleasantly supprised by the hand made soap.
Here in usa beleive it or not Avons 2in one Anew cleanser works well for me and helps control blackheads, break outs and pore tightening and the oliy areas.
No agitation for me but everyone is different.

I've been having great luck with Zia Fresh Cleansing Gel. Keeps everything clean without drying my skin out. Not sure if you can get it in Europe though...you can order it from drugstore.com, but the shipping might be worse than the cost of the cleanser itself!
