Hmm just got my Nixin through, put it on and nowt!

I brought Nioxin Cytonutrient Actives from a reputable company. Arrived just now. put it on my arm for a couple of mins and although it feels a bit stingy theres no redness!

Have i brought the right one? and if i have how long should i leave it on for to get a nuice flush pre-laser?
