I've been taking Source Natural's "Skin Eternal" supplement for about three months. It has a combination of some of the recommended supplements (i.e., Ester C, Grapeseed Extract, and Alpha-Lipoic Acid). The other ingredients include natural Vitamin E and DMAE. My skin seems to be responding well to it and to my current skin care routine.
The only down side to this supplement is that it does not have Pycnogenol, which also has been recommended. I'm wondering if anyone else is taking Skin Eternal, what your results are, and if you're also supplementing with Pycnogenol?
Thanks!
