Returning to exercise after IPL

Just interested to know what length of time Your IPL docs said to leave befor returning to exercies post IPL and the reasons for it My well reputed guy said 5 days and Im desperate to get back in the gym tomorrow (5 days), but scared its to soon

In every animal model including human, once you remove blood vessels, regrowth does not start until day five and it goes crazy during days 5 to 14 (or 17). This is the acute phase when you can literally undo everything that has been done be flushing too much. I always tell the people I personally treat with laser to not do anything to cause a flush (if you can) until at least two weeks post laser. I understand the lifting as my muscles yell at me if I dont get in, but after the two weeks the angiogenic cascade totally downregulates to normal. Be a little patient grasshopper.

I guess I want to know , when you say "at least"
if it were you
would you wait longer?

My laser doctor said two weeks is good.
I just don't want to end up a fat girl with a red face :)
