I've always known that yogurt is "good for you" yes: so, most days, I eat about a cup of plain non fat yogurt to which I add cranberry seed oil, flaxseed oil and meal, walnuts, berries and a bit of raw honey. Lots of calcium and omega 3 in there. Good.
Now, since I refuse to pay twice as much for a brand name yogurt, I've been trying to find out whether the more expensive brands use more/better quality probiotics. Well, based on this very informative article (http://www.thenibble.com/reviews/nutri/probiotic-food6.asp), I think I'll stick with the inexpensive store brand. wink1:
