Hi - Has anyone ever followed either of these to their entirety? I was thinking of trying one of these but they sure are restrictive. I know there are those of you who have cut out certain things (i.e. dairy, sugar, etc.) but I'm wondering if you have cut out all of the things these diets recommend.

Amazon.com: The Gerson Therapy: The Proven Nutritional Program for Cancer and Other Illnesses: Charlotte Gerson, D.P.M., Morton Walker: Books

Amazon.com: The Anti-Inflammation Diet and Recipe Book: Protect Yourself and Your Family from Heart Disease, Arthritis, Diabetes, Allergies - and More: N.D. Jessica K. Black: Books

Thanks.

Hi Christiehi:

I read about some other Rosacea sufferes trying an anti-inflammatory diet. So I decided to give it a go myself. In general principles I have been following the ideas from this web site and a few others. http://www.drweil.com/drw/u/ART02012/anti-inflammatory-diet.
I have only just started an I don’t know as yet if it helps. Either way it a healthy diet.

Cheers

Another interesting read is The Clear Skin Diet

Lots of common sense and easy to incorporate healthy eating habits for healthier skin.

Best wishes,
Melissa
