Hi Janet and welcome to the RF.
Where in Europe are you located?
You might want to post this question in the regions section of the forum.
Best wishes,
Melissa

Hi Janet,
I am sorry no one else has a recommendation for a doctor near you. The only laser/IPL doctor I know and could recommend is Dr Peter Crouch in the UK. He is an excellent doctor and has helped many of the members here.
Best wishes,

Hi Janet,
Perhaps you can contact the VBeam Perfecta manufacturers (use google) and they will be able to help you.
What are your symptoms and why do you want the VBeam? Dr Crouch has IPL and has helped many people alleviate their rosacea symptoms so that might be a consideration. The doctor is just as (if not more) important than the laser/IPL being used IMO. What symptoms are you looking to treat?
Best wishes,
Melissa

Forget about IPL. IPL can potentially cause much worse flushing. Why? Simply because it doesn't instantly explode the vessels but rather heat them so that they progressively shrink. Not too rarely this not only doesn't remove the heated vessels but also release a bunch of angiogenic growth factors leading to many new vessels. Purpuric Vbeam is the way to go.
The Vbeam machine costs about 5 times more than the best IPL machine on the market right now. Edited by moderator for inflammatory language... Dr Crouch isn't worth the least consideration in my opinion.
The UK is famous for its shitty doctors (very well known in France). Doctors in Germany, France, Belgium, etc. are much better. Forget about the UK.
P.S. I don't speak Polish but you might consider going through these results:

Dr Crouch admits it himself:
"Dr Peter Crouch (↑Disclaimer): Dear Rob, Thank you for the question. Sub-purpuric can work but normally takes longer (good choice if you cant stand the down time). I prefer not to stack pulse dye pulses for vascular treatments (increased risk of side effects in my experience). Purpuric PDL can give the best results HOWEVER the punched out look may need to be feathered with IPL after the PDL treatment. I hope that the answer helps. Kind regards, Peter."

First you insult the americans and now the englishlaugh: who is going to get it nextlaugh:.
I am not sure that you are right about the rosacea doctors. I haven't particularly heard about any famous rosacea doctors from any of those countries you listed. I do believe that Dr Crouch travels abroad to help train up doctors from other countries (i cant remember exactly but france may well have been one of the places) in the use of laser as it is his speciality. I am also aware that he has patients that travel from places like germany that come over for treatment. Ofcourse not not forgetting Dr Chu...
I do not go along with what you say about IPL. Each person is different and needs to decide for themselves which treatment to follow. IPL has been great for some people and vbeam not so great for others. It is fantastic that it has been so good for you but that might not be the case for everyone.

Abraham please watch the terms you use as this forum is not a place for bashing people. It is one thing to share your opinion and another to use defamatory terms with no basis.

as far as my research goes, the only way of getting Vbeam perfecta treatment here in london is to pay over £1000 per treatment at a private hospital.-yes you heard me right. I inquired months ago with a few private dermatologists. so I would follow the recommendations for European mainland treatment.

I would look here for locating a Perfecta, or maybe call Candela.

I phoned them and asked who in my area had the machine. They gave me several names, I called around and chose the one I thought most experienced.
