Hello im looking for highly skilled doctor in bay area. Anyone have any personal experience would love to chat with you having a heck of a time deciding..Everyone has a different process and cost vary greatly everyone states their very sucessful in treatments any feedback would be great thanks a millon...........

Laser doc? Try Dr. Bitter (either Sr. or Jr) in Los Gatos. Just google their names.

I was a long time patient of Dr. Bitter, Sr. and was extremely happy. He was more than amazing to me, but over time, my severe flushing (which is diagnosed as an autonomic nervous system dysfunction) became resistant to IPL. Anyway, I recommend him highly. I have seen his son, Dr. Bitter Jr for an emergency and he was also very kind, however, I think Sr's approach to IPL is better.

More recently, though, I have begun seeing Dr. Kathleen Welsh in SF for vbeam "Perfecta" laser treatments and am very pleased with her and the new technology of the Perfecta. It allows a lot more energy to be delivered to the face without the traditional bruising and purpura of the regular vbeam. Of course, you can get the bruising and dots if you really want to, but it's not necessary to get good results!

I've actually seen many derms in the Bay Area, however, I feel comfortable recommending Dr. Bitter Sr. for IPL, and Dr. Welsh for vbeam Perfecta - I believe Dr. Welsh may have several other lasers, but I have only had Perfecta txs. However, she is extremely knowledgable and capable, so I would feel comfortable having her treat me with any laser if it was appropriate for my case.
