So my question is this,

a) which laser works best for permanent redness?
b) which laser works best for rosacea bumps (personally i get those without anything inside, they're just red bumps)
c) which laser works best for general unevenness (in texture, blotchiness, etc.)
d) which laser works best for flushing/blushing?

I have done two Vbeams (not nearly enough of course) and am wondering if i should continue with the Vbeam or try some IPL, or some other laser.

Hi EK1,
That's a lot of info to put in this post and the real answer is it depends... on the individual needing the treatment, on the individual doing the treatment and the specific type of machine being used. Lots of variables. First and foremost please check out the Q and A stickies at the top of the laser/IPL section of the forum. Here's one to get you started.

In the meantime to give you a general and very rough idea to your questions (these answers are by no means black and white)

a) which laser works best for permanent redness?
b) which laser works best for rosacea bumps (personally i get those without anything inside, they're just red bumps)
c) which laser works best for general unevenness (in texture, blotchiness, etc.)
d) which laser works best for flushing/blushing?

a) KTP-532 or VBeam or IPL TRIPLC Protocol (Dr. Crouch)
b) IPL
c) IPL
d) Yag 1064

Best wishes,
Melissa
