Has anyone tried this? The aim is to reduce cortisol output a night resulting in lower stress and weight reduction.It involves taking honey at bed time and doing some resistance training about three times per week.(This makes sense as cortisol is linked to increased fat deposition around the belly and weight training can reduce this)
I'm going to give it a go to see if it will reduce my night flushing which I believe has a cortisol link.
Of course it could all be a desperate ploy by beekeepers to increase their sales !
