seemed to have their redness improve, but then the bumps/spots seem more noticeable? does that make sense? been on oracea and finacea one month now. seems maybe the skin is whiter around the bumps, making them show a little more.

I guess this makes sense. I would say the redness is first to diasappear and then the bumps will fade and hopefully disappear in the end. I think you are on the right path! Good luck!
