iphone

Hey everyone,
Have any of you americans tried out or bought the new iphone? I got my ipod stolen a few months back, and was thinking about if its better to wait to buy a new one, and instead get the iphone when it comes to Sweden. It is more expensive than I want a phone/ipod to be though, and I already have a phone so dont see much point of having a combined phone/ipod.

Hi sweden,
I don't have one, but darn they look really cool! I have heard thery are having some problems though, mainly with people not being able to connect to the network. I dont know if they have resolved this yet. If you dont need the combined phone and all that though, it is a chunk of change to spend. But if you have the $$$ and are a gadget junkie, I havent heard anything really bad about it, except for the network problems. If it were me, I would get another ipod, and wait on the price for the iphone to come down a bit, you know it will as soon as someone comes out with something similar.

yea I know. Im not really a gadget-junkie, but I used my ipod so much on a daily basis, so it was really worth the money!

I would definitely wait on purchasing the iphone because the next model is supposed to be cheaper and better.

Plus, the more stuff in one gadget the more complications arise and the more likely it is to break down.

I would get another ipod and wait for a future model iphone if you still want one.
