Happy 4th of July all you US folks!!!

Happy happy all! The days festivities have not started yet, doing the prep work for a BBQ with the neighbors. Chicken, burgers, corn on the cob (of course) drinks a plenty Im sure, then off to the park , which is only a block from here, to watch the fireworks. We can actually watch them from here, and depending on how much we all eat and drink, we may just decide to do that. :P
Anyway, happy day to you all!

PS. I am also in the middle of another terrible breakout, the entire left side of my face is zits, and I dont care!!!! Not even going to attempt to put make up on to cover it, its hot out and I will look like a melted mess. SO the hell with it! This is my face! Independence day from roacea! Whoo Hooo!

Glad to hear you have a fun day lined up! Nice to let go and just enjoy it :D

I took a long walk in the hills this morning, then a bike ride and tonight a BBQ with family before watching the fireworks from our patio.

Great to think about something else and celebrate!

Thanks Laura!! Glad you have a fun day planned also!! I have just recently started doing things outdoors again, stinging and all. Zyrtec and Singulair are helping some but usually sting when I get out in the wind or even just the air. I don't break out much. I am thinking of trying makeup again to protect face some. Don't know which will be worse, guess I can see. We are planning to see Foghat tonight at a local Choctaw Casino, outdoor free concert. Been outside today fishing with my husband, stinging pretty bad, but will go anyway. Am tired of missing everything!! Hope you have a great day!!!!!!! Kathy

Foghat WOW!!! We just got back from Frampton, isn't it nice to still have this great music and to see them live in a small venue, not like it was in '76 in a stadium with 50,000 people..

Foghat, Frampton, you guys are making me jealous! I did see Foghat some years back at an outdoor fest, It was very cool.
Miserable, dont use make up to protect your skin outside, you want a sunblock. Some have tints, go do a nose around in topicals to check it out, lots of good advice. . And hats, hats are your friend, especally out fishing with your hubby. Get a silly looking fun fishing hat, who knows, it may turn out to be your "lucky" fishing hat and you can tell us all cool fishing stories!
Had a nice evening last night, though I ate so much my stomach is not really happy with me at the moment, but the food was good, and the town I live in puts on a pretty cool fireworks show (we did walk our stuffed selves to the park) A nice time was had by all.
