I wanted to say thank you for telling me to try the OCuSOFT Lid Scrubs. I have been using them for a little over a week and can already tell a difference with the eye dryness. I never did fill the RX for the steroids and these haved seemed to help already. Thank you, Thank you..Jenn

I've tried the Ocusoft lid scrubs and they made my eyes so much drier plus I had visibly redder/swollen lids. I was quite uncomfortable for a week after one use.

Did you have the reaction I did at first &/or excess oil production (hypersecretion)? I suspect folks who do can better tolerate the foams since the oil acts as a buffer...I seem to have hyposecretion & whenever my face flushing is bad, my eyes are too.

Anyway I hope it keeps working for you!

I am sorry it did not work so well for you. I have excess oil on my lids I notice. When I have flares my eyes are the worse. It is right below eyebrow and top lid, and the bottom lid gets red and puffy. The inside of my eyes are fine, just dry. The Dr. said I do not have occular rosacea but bleph. I just see an increase in tear film using these. Have you tried baby shampoo or anything else? Jenn
