Hi all.

I'm having my summer holidays right now and think it's a good time for trying out some diet that could help with my Rosacea.
In case there is such a diet.

Summer is a better time for me for doing this because during school time I have a lunch at school practically every schoolday. And a lot of food there is probably not Rosacea-friendly.

So if anyone knows a diet that might help or has helped some with redness and flushing/blushing type of Rosacea then please let me know. And of course all comments and ideas are very welcome.

There's tons of posts on diet...even a specific "Rosacea Diet". It's such an individual matter...what works for one person doesn't always work for another. Personally I like a natural organic diet, no junk, no sugary foods, no caffiene and very little alcohol, if any. I concentrate on eating fresh foods, grown locally and high in antioxidants. Summer's a great time cause lots of fruits and vegetables can be bought at Farmer's markets or at U-pick farms.
